Well.. I know the papers have been after him and he has been holding off. At this point.. NY needs a little Humble Pie. Post the story.. give em a black eye. Pataki perhaps needs an eye opener. Did you read the whole thing? I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. I can't take the easy way and assume he is or is not guilty of fraud.

I agree. It won't change anything though... it's only a justification of where the monies are spent. How long has the proverbial, "<insert dollar amount> hammer" that the government spent on been around? Geez, I remember that one when I was a young lad.

I honestly believe that the only qualification to being a politician is to be a criminal. They live by different rules that "us" peons.
