Guess Age By Clicking On Dots

Check this little research project out:

Click on a few dots and our program will guess your age!

You simply click on a bunch of dots and it'll guess your age! I tried it and it said I was 30. I'm 31! Pretty neat.

Must be on a computer. Does not work for mobile devices.

Intriquing, apparently it thinks I am around 20 years younger than I am. Must be my lightning fast reflexes ..now if I could only find them when I play quake

Second attempt proved successful, except I'm not 34!

It's kinda creepy but if you're a technical thinker (or a thinker at all) you realize the test's results are based mathematical equations and input timing I'm guessing. Or magic... Either way it's close for me but it was off slightly.

P.S

I always get blamed for taking the "magic" out of things... like Rocket Jumping and 5-0 victories.

Way off for me. I was using a touchpad and even said that in the final questionaire, but it thinks I'm 45. Imma try it again with a real mouse.

edit: OK with a real mouse I am now 28 which is still very wrong. I guess this program is hella accurate if you add in a -/+10 year margin of error... lol

It put me @ 37 / im 31. Close! I suggested to them that there was times that I (percieved...) that when I was clicking on the dot, that it wasn't registering the click.

I suggested they create a bot that can click all of the red dots as fast as possible and put the test under scrutiny, I felt like I got jipped on some of my clicks haha.

the clicks that consisted of the dots in a group are based on the same pattern over and over. For instance if the top dot turns red, the next will be the bottom dot, then the one to the right of the top, followed by the one to the left of the bottom..move one right top, move one left bottom til the circle is complete.

Knowing this you can practically get to the dot at the same time it turns. I realized this about halfway through the mouse attempt that I made. It also told me I am 28 in that attempt. I'm 38. I guess decoding patterns in your brain while taking the test, results in 10 years being taken off of your life.

its a dexterity test not meant for online gamers.


a valid result would be a touch screen for visually 20/20 peeps or such.
multiple variables and the only way to judge age with this test is to have prior tests and an average.

It told me I am 4! I just clicked a whole bunch of wrong stuff (eventually clicking the right thing) and took my time doing it.
