  • Looking for Dutch Q1 CTF players

    Hello,

Im looking for dutchies that still play NQ CTF (CRCTF mod).
Ive played it for 5 years myself and i want to set it up again.

Im looking for ppl to play it online (trying to get server up), and maybe it would be nice to organise a Q1 lan party.

Please all ppl who are interested post here !

            QW didnt become NQ

But the movement lag is more with NQ then with QW.
Im gonne test this now, see how it works, if nobody like's it, ill run a CRCTF mod

You miss the point. Netquake is Different than qw. So if you want netquake ctf players, you need a netquake ctf server....

Just so you know meukmans, quakeone.com mostly (not all) consists of NetQuakers.

ok so i fixed that, got a NQ and QW server.

I tried them both the other day and i like the gameplay of NQ.
But QW plays so much better on internet, the movement is better i think

So unless i play on lan i think its QW, so all that like QW come take a look.

I dont want to upset the NQ players, i have played NQ the most of the time also

I wouldn't worry about the QW vs. NQ thing. NQ takes very fat and reliable pipes to host a kick ass server and then you have to deal with the fact it doesn't have map download.

Use whatever works well for what you have, it sounds like QW is the best fit for what you have available.
