Can we please leave the RL unchanged. It is one of the things that defines Quake, you change the RL, you're changing Quake. It's already arguably weaker than the LG, so by nerfing it, you're essentially making the LG even stronger.
For those of you that have no idea what I'm talking about, the rocket launcher's splash damage on the two hdz ctf servers does a minimum of 1 damage, rather than the ~35 minimum damage it normally does. This makes hitting someone with rockets much more disorienting, since you think they are almost dead, when in fact, they might have only been hit with 10-20 damage.
Also, if you want the bio-suit to have discharge protection, can we make it so that it protects you from discharge, but not if you are the one who does the dicharge. Otherwise, it becomes a very cheap weapon, of sorts.
