CTF League - Player Seeds

To all players who are participating in the tournament:

It's understandable that everyone will be opinionated about seedings. When we created the seedings, we bore this in mind.

Please take the following things into account :

In terms of Jamestown and Bludshed, we only seeded them higher based on their inactivity and current return to Quake. We also believe a lot of players in the medium seed range have similar skills with no one being a head above the rest.

There are tons of players in this tourney who have potential to get better and do well, and we believe our seeds will also help motivate certain players to prove others wrong.

We will be making teams accordingly today.

P.S. In terms of the 1-2 seeds, I purposely excluded myself from being involved, so don't hate me

nothing personal mylo, it would just create conflicts having you on two different teams if you had to face each other, it wouldn't be possible.

I think I'm still going to veto this and let JBone in either way. If you guys do come across the point of facing each other, you can decide amongst yourselves as civilized individuals who will be playing. Tell JBone he's fine to play.

you guys have to add Jbone to that ranking list, and when he is on the list we would be all set with 36 players.

12 teams of 3. I dont know how you guys are going to set up the teams but it will be as hard as setting up the ranking list. When are you going to set the teams, will it be on irc?

here is a question... if a match is set and one team has 3 players show up and the other team has 2 players show up... are we allowed to play a 2v2?

monoz, I would prefer not. its a 3x3, if we change that match to a 2x2 then other players would purposely drop out their weakest player in order to reach further in the tourney.
