I disconnected my router completely, which, changed my ip address.

and poof no problems. I'm probably a victim of twitter,facebook,google (bots) all bouncing off my STATIC ip address.. !!!!

There should be a law against that. I mean if twitter, google or facebook came knocking at my door once per hour at my house, im sure a gun in their face is legal and worthy.

Connecting to MY router's ip and pinging me is actually 'ON' my property so... imho that's trespassing!! I should sue against these types of infringements of my privacy rights!
