really sting, not being able to acquire a pc capable of playing quake is not a reasonable excuse for not playing. $20 will buy you what would have once been considered a leet gaming setup for quake 1.

Your annoyance of attention on me is probably from envy, being that if your true concern was simply the league and when it started, you would make no mention about me whatsoever, more or less make it first priority in addressing.

This week I am planning to go to every clan's channel and ask if they are up for it and how many teams are willing to participate. Also, whatever the results of that will be, I will still try to make it happen. People, who will run the league, will be Mind, Spazm, and I. I have some experience in hosting tournaments. Mind is a man of many talents when it comes to organization, and Spazm has some great ideas. Also, all 3 of us are reasonable people in my opinion and easy to talk to. Some help may be accepted later on depending on how it will go. I am going to make a sign up post on forum in the very near future for teams to register for the league. Also, any team (or single person) may message me, email or contact me in IRC. Contact information will be provided in the Registration post.
