Kimp has been an ongoing issue since early 2009. Perceived by some as a major annoyance to Quake who keeps re-registering here and sabotaging team games (and botting to ruin games). He is perceived by me in an entirely different way --- someone to complete an agenda I feel is important for the restoration of this game. This goes into an incredibly complex storyline that can't be easily described. But the important part of this equation is that he both facilitates a better tomorrow and is a victim of it. To the former, I delight. To the latter, I shed no tears.

Yeah I've heard alot about the destroying of games and crashing servers. I know badaim has a strong hate out for him.
Kimp hasn't effected me at all, so can't say anything about it aside from "Damn we need to reduce the topics about him". A universal "Bash Kimp Thread" needs to be done and have all issues with him - posted there lol. 2yrs of him though, can understand why he's really angering people. Most give up after a short span. So gotta give him a 1up on being reluctant eventhough that is causing issues.

If you've ever fed a stray animal ,or homeless animal, you understand how after the first FREE MEAL, they tend to stick around,whether you want them to or not.


Some of the community (CRMOD players) insist on feeding the animal's,and that leads all the way up to today....come Febuary sometime , CHUCK will be back.

All the various topics do feed the issue. Seeing as you can read the forum without registering - he's likely fueled by the hundreds of Kimp topics as it's making it fun for him. Why stop when you're getting a reaction.
It's like bugging a sibling and having them spaz out - it's fun. If you bugged them and they had zero reaction - you likely wouldn't bother anymore.

I [do my best] make sure his Quake experience is under 10%, which means if he tries playing everynight, 7 days a week, he's squeezing in a game in on me here and there 1 day of the week,but for the most part im well connected,always observing server's at random times of the day via IRC, or quakeone.com

I've seen an entire CA server stop playing / avoid match starting / lopside teams 5v1 against kimp , and tons of other COMMUNITY LEVEL attempts to tell kimp to fuck off.

You have the exact opposite attitude torwards kimp when you factor in the CRMOD group of quakers,and not much needs to be said other than they want their quake,they want it now,and they don't care about any politics beyond who's captains (team picking) and whats taking you so fn long to pick or ready up.

It's the old saying hard heads make sore assholes,and kimp is on the latter portion of that phrase. I'd imagine,he will need to upgrade to 3-ply once Badaim gets back into town!
