~RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS~

[Rule No.1] Types of Matches
Matches are to be played BEST 2 out of 3 ONLY

[Rule No.2] Selecting Maps
Each Player picks a Map , TIE-BREAKER Matches should be picked Randomly! Vote-EXIT
(If both players can agree on a specific map for the Tie-Breaker , this is acceptable!)

[Rule No.3] Who your able to Challenge
Your only able to Challenge the Player above your spot.

Thanks to Yellow No. 5 for helping convince me to adjust Rules to be less complicated.
The RocketArena Ladder Matches , basically run off of THREE Rules Now.These 3 Rules *SHOULD* be 100% understandable and confusion shouldnt be a problem anymore.I dont plan on changing or adding any more Rule's.Finalized as of now!!!

This is a RA Ladder Match system. Rather than have a "One Time" only type RA Tournament , that is based on Bracket system...I decided a Ladder Match system would be more interesting and "Never-Ending" (atleast until players cease taking part)
