hey, got bored and ran thru the slide levels a few times at the eathquake universal server. quake.thisserversucks.com port 26014. just type "slide" to change the mod to slide. Good luck and i hope someone can beat some of these. I also wonder what cortex ( i think is his name) had for record on the EU server...i noticed some of them before the server crashed but didnt write any down.

Sometimes I go out of my way to bend the path one is intended to follow.. especially on Black Diamond. In this case though, I grabbed hold of the GL and RL, and kind of.. lobbed my way back up to the beginning, went through a teleporter and ended up on the finish line

If you have any demos of these I'd be happy to turn these in to vids on the QuakeVoid channel for you as it would be good to show some of the variation in Quake

i am trying to set up slide server on my laptop...working out a few kinks haha.... any tips? i have -dedicated 16 -game slide ... now i just warp the maps from the server console? i am newb at this...
