Embedding movies in a post isn't for the faint of heart, but it can be done.
Here is how to embed a YouTube video. You should be able to apply the knowledge to most of the video sites (Google video, etc. etc.).
1. Find a video you want to embed. Our example will be:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9ri7Abpl_0
2. For YouTube, you can just change take the R9ri7Abpl_0 and add it the end of this
http://www.youtube.com/v/R9ri7Abpl_0 and put [ movie ] [ /movie ] tags around it.
Another way to do it is find the Embed information, copy it and then remove everything except the embedded .swf URL:

And then put [ movie ] [ /movie] tags around it, removing the spaces of course it should work. So it would look like this in a post:
But if it doesn't work, just don't embed a video and just link to it in your post. If you can't figure it out, don't private message me for help. These instructions should be adequate and you should be able to figure it out; I won't do it for you.
