    Sorry for the average quality, I had some issues with video capturing in DP, so I had to use my camera...

    One of the reasons why I felt like posting about the mod here (I'm not sure I had done so in the past) is that I'm now definitely planning a multiplayer part! It's going to be playable through "regular" netquake only (not Quakeworld, thus) and I don't know how many people are actually going to care about it but, well, erm... I'm excited

      Btw ... embedding a movie here is easy, just take the "embed url" from YouTube and slap [movie ] [/ movie] tags around it. (Just the embed URL, not all the crazy HTML stuff) like so ... http://www.youtube.com/v/nMGnW_audm4&hl=en&fs=1



      Thought: In my humble, humble opinion, you REALLY REALLY ought to scrounge a better looking .mdl file for your grenade launcher. I'd still call it v_rock.mdl or whatever so no external models are needed for the multiplayer you plan. Just one idea, what do I know anyways.

      Just curious is the HUD used for anything? Like the health and ammo numbers and so forth ... are they meaningless and not relevant to the game? Part of me is thinking about the HUD and looking through my stockpiles of HUD elements (self-made stuff and GPL stuff). The reason I ask is the grenade launcher and the HUD really detract from the rest of it in the sense the map and skybox look nice and the above stick out like a sore thumb.

        Hey! Thanks for the prompt feedback, guys And thanks for the tips on adding youtube movies (even though I somehow still do not seem to be able to make it work hehe )

        Yeah, I know that the mod is lacking in terms of models. I'm on my own for this, so I kinda have to go slow, but I definitely intend to work on that part of the mod in a very near future. As a matter of fact, I was working on models for bonuses no later than this afternoon. The grenade launcher will definitely be changed for the final version.
        The hud helps a little: the amount of "grenade" available in fact equals the amount of remaining keys, so that you know at any time how many of them you still have to find
