Map authors sometimes put vanity rooms and little secrets in maps. Baker's right, this is a feature on a number of maps and often takes quite a bit of searching to find them.
I seem to recall one of ORL's maps has an 'ORL' room. It's under a large lava pit and even has piccies of what I presume to be the great man himself. I'll see if I can find the map and post a piccie.
