nice movie. cept they spent 15 minutes talking about the history of video games and 30 minutes talking about the relationship between video games and military training. OH, AND THEY NEVER EVEN MENTIONED QUAKE. jejejjejej

I was wondering why there were so many modern warfare games...they get real old. I enjoyed the video up until the point where they were talking about using military fps games to recruit..I find that sort of sickening.

I also liked how they described the fps genre in the early 90s as sort of an underground movement. its strongly mainstream in 2009 =o/..but now Quake is punk to play again! so is Doom(ZDaemon, Skulltag).

FPS gaming was "underground" in their heads cause they didnt develop it.
America's Army was released freely to promote recruits. IMHO they should use smart weapons instead of teenage human pawns. But, soldiers who survive have a better level of respect than when they went in thus making them better civilians, i suppose. Hmm, kids in south LA fight with gun everyday better civilians? Hmmm...
