so i decided to go to coop server with fte after direct q couldent find the server for some reason and i started messing with stuff

first i made things look cool:





then i made everything look like turds:


and then tv left and i crashed fte changing render for like the 5th zeit.

hah, the last one reminds me of what most of those quakeworld players do. they make their gfx look like total shit so they can kill easier. that, I'll never understand. I need artwork and models in games to enjoy them..yes being competitive is a big part of quake! but if you need to sacrifice that much of the game just to get a lot of kills, you're really wasting your time..they'll either make it look like Sega 32x gfx, or all solid colored walls with no v weapon displays, fullbright skins of course with the player model one solid color *pukes*

heh ya i think i wouldn't be able to play 4 realz like that, it reminds me of neon paint sprinkled on shit when i see those screen shots

and maps devoid of interesting stuff to look at makes me depressed
