Here are some Quake backgrounds I made not long ago. They are 1920x1080 and designed to be centered at 1280x1024. Included are Quake, Quake 2, Quake III, Quake 4, and a combo background.

Nice, but I had quickly read the title and thought it said "Quake Backwards"
and instantly thought someone modified Quake to be played in reverse...

This might work if maybe the last boss gave birth to the main player and he has to fight his way out
