Looks like they're done in Photoshop. I checked out your other stuff, amazing work.

Thanks man, yep, pure photoshop, but all purely done with brushwork via digital tablet, the only tweaks in those two (and most of my stuff, for that matter) were alterations on brightness and color spectrum, and on the Cyberdemon's right leg, a bit of click-and-drag with a bit of the scale, rotate and morph tool.

Well of course they are- it's lunch time and they're both chasing down their favourite snack! (the space marine in the Cyberdemon picture didn't fit in).

wow these actually make me imagine some really creepy children's book about Quake.

Like an adventure of 2 soldiers through this strange land. Along the way they meet various Q1 stereotype monsters that ask them to do tasks or get things for them, and their journey ends with the king (shub niggurath) agreeing to transport only one of them back, in turn one of the soldiers has to kill his friend and give the king his severed head.
