Here is a list of some of the can't miss, best ever Quake movies. I may have omitted one I'm not aware of:
Mortuary Movie image on Aerowalk using custom textures and Plague's silver rocket launcher.

Frags Done Satanic. 312 MB. Very cinematic and action packed with a great sound track. Uses some comical hud elements and player models.
Ever Increasing Phyiscal Abuse 101 MB. This movie, like Aquashark's post here a few weeks ago, has a large emphasis on trick jumping and pulling off amazing feats/jumps.
Mortuality Movie. This movie is probably the most visually appealing ever made, showing off a lot features added to the Quakeworld client EZQuake and otherwise is really slick looking. It has probably generated more interest in a Quake movie than any movie made in the last several years. And, if you look hard enough, you can find the textures and models used in the movie at the Besmella site.
SDA Promo Video. This video made by Jozsef Szalontai features a ton of single player moves such as monster boosts (is that what it is called?) and several Quakeworld trick rocket jumps. 101 MB.
Quake Done Quick. An old skool looking movie where all the Quake single player levels are completed in 12 minutes, sometimes even 8 seconds per map. Not up to date with the current effects, but the sheer talent involved makes it fun to watch.
