LOL, no it absolutely says exactly what I translated it to say. The only alternate translation could be:

      Ein bier und ein kurzen-

One beer and one short drink
      or
One beer and a short drink

The first "One" could be "A" as well

urtyp = Prototype or Archetype (which mean the same thing)

Astra isn't even a German word. It's as made up as Sham-Wow or Pepsi. Austria in German is sterreich. And dagegen is pronounced (dog-eden).

You can't really "feel" like words mean something (lol). You either know what they mean or you don't.

On the discussion of the Astra image I posted:

It says "A beer and a short one", but you can't directly translate it because in this context, "a short one" refers not only to the guy on the photo but also to "hard liquor", implemented ,e.g., by a Jgermeister.

It's quite common to order these 2 items together, some refer to this course (if you wanna call it that) as "Ein Bier und ein Kurzer" (because the bottle of hard liquor is smaller than the bottle of beer). In some regions of Germany it is known as "Herrengedeck" ("course for men") if the hard liquor is implemented by a Kmmerling or similar stuff.

Maybe it would translate to something like "a beer and a chaser" (losing the joke of course).

Good stuff, my translation was too literal. I like yours better.
