If an idiot like me can put together a half-decent show, anyone can.

Go right ahead and make one

I don't know if it helps, but for me at least the success of the QuadCast depends on what the broadcaster actually has to say and the style, wit and creativity with which it is delivered rather than the music. In fact to be honest I usually fast forward through the music to hear DK's Quake news and opinions thereon.
Saying that, I really think the quiet atmospheric background music to some of DK's sessions adds to the "feel" of the broadcast.

      Kind regards

now now, Burnsy. I'm not the only one that does Quake radio shows. Granted I may be the only one that does them currently, which sort of makes me The Voice of Quakeone (which would be an awesome title, by the way. hint hint), but credit must be given where due.

        Bank
        Canadian*Sniper
        Quadraptor
        Polarite
        ORL

Each have done their own shows and/or contributed segements. Cheers, fellow Quake DJs.

          quake show

I wonder would it be possible to run some sort of proxy and record all the frags every day and rate them by some factor saving the best ones
to a pool that you would review.
Frag of the day week ect... oh oops radio N/M

You mean kinda like the best plays in a hockey game? I dunno about all that, but it might be possible. Ya know, for someone smarter than me.

I didn't say that you were the only one, my friend. I remember the Bank and Quaddy sessions but it's interesting to learn that Pol and the others had done versions to. I must go check it out.

Pretty sure Polarite did one. I may be mistaken.

Those would have to be submitted by players. Record a demo when playing ALLLLLLLLLLLL THE TIME FOK then make it into a video with any video capture software, compress it and upload to youtube for easy viewing... then whoever's doing the ratings reviews those.
