  • Mesh Test 2

Thought I'd share a project with fellow quakers.
Created with 5 separate meshes, and merged.

        ^^ Yeah

I'm a free thinker, but my imagination is a bit lacking to fill in the missing blanks.
Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

So while you guys all have to fight your anti-matter counterparts, me and my evil twin will be drinking a beer laughing at you guys ...

Looks great, always wanted to try this - but that's simply it. To try.

As seen in pictures - it's missing many areas in a almost random pattern - then the polycount in already insane making it really only useful for non-animation (wallpapers ect) or in a movie - which again would be non-animation in a way due to each frame being rendered as a single image.
          That being said though

This is quite nice. It's something as I said previously - I'd like to try out one day. Even a full body mesh - however that's Hollywood tech there.

Mainly used in reverse engineering, duplication, manufacturing and precise measuring of industrial/automotive parts as well dental molds or body part casts. CNC techs love this stuff.
As OoPpEe stated, for gaming its used as static objects, animation takes a lot more work. This is why I envy you guys that create in-game objects from scratch, now that takes patience and a lot of talent.
I have done a full body mesh in the past, just don't move for about 10seconds.
Mindz, perhaps I will play again soon, and get pounded on again!
