I have a sick Grenade @ Upper Bridge + RJ off Lowerbridge combo, that puts me at the new View Window overlooking water/bridges on DM3AGAIN.

BA can RJ from outside to window in a single RJ
Peg Can Do the Jump from front of stairs to SNG.
And I think You could Jump from floor to promenade in DM6 if you just try.
I have seen TV OS DM3 Bounce from one side to the otherside lift
to window in one fluid motion!

I'm uploading MindzRJ.avi as we speak to YouTube, FRAPS + Quake is startin to piss me offfffff....you'll notice WHY in the video. But it still shows off the RJ, no problem!

It took 6-7 tries from the start. Demo availible upon request! It would be fn awesome if we could edit demo's (cutting out sections)...

Correction : the problems experienced aren't reflecting in the end result this time.

DM3 rocket jumps or even rl + grenade jumps are lame [except for some of what [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dlh0fXWB-Mx]Turtlevan does, obviously[/ame]].

I only respect Q1EDGE rj + gl jumps.

RJ'ing on Q1EDGE is 2ez for those of us who've already painted every corner of it red with enemy blood.... srsly. I think my DM3again bridge grenade drop + rj is rather difficult.

Let me see it replicated in any fashion. I did make it to the ledge mark, here is the original demo, which shows the initial 5-6 tries.

I'll work on my RJ maybe tomorrow (haven't Quaked in about a week now).

But what are the rules? server? local? Standard settings? etc...

I kind of agree with baker, almost everyone can properly execute a RocketJump these days or has a script to handle it for them. a RL+GL Jump takes much more control

RL+GL Jumping, Soar Higher.

I tried using Challenge-TV upload, and it failed me. Thats why I have three download links.

I am doing all RJ's on the RAGE server, it is just preference. Speaknow as of lately,if a horrible 80ping. RAGE see's me to 40-50, and very responsive !

I dont suppose there should be a limit to what map is being trick jumped, just make sure its a good one ;P
