Converting quake done quick with a vengeance

my dad just bought me a creative zen vision: m, and it works great. I just finished putting on pirates of the carribean and it looks great, crystal clear quality.

I would like to know how to convert QDQ with a vengeance(or whatever the quickest one is), which is a .dem, to a .avi file. So I can play it on my zen vision... sometimes I get quake-sick and want to watch something quake-like on the go... Is this possible??

Try the Making Movies AVI 101 and if that doesn't work, use Fraps.

Fraps is what everyone uses for dem to avi conversion (Diazoild, Chuck, Z0r, Crash of Clan RuM) because it isn't fragile like the built-in feature (codecs suck!)

Crash of Clan RuM converted all his clan's old CTF matches to AVI and then turned them into DVDs.

Nevermind! It had the movie in AVI format up for download on the quake done quick page. Thanks for the info anyway baker, I might have to use it someday
