  • AMD 11.11 Rage , Round 3

So , there was a new AMD driver release (mostly for Skyrim apparently) ,and im attempting to install Rage for the 3rd time. Hoping the new driver set equates to smooth process. I have noticed that I had the game to nearly 100% perfection, I only had popin texture issues. After like 1 too many tinkers, my game was officially broken.

    haha.

The _only_ reason I stick to nVidia is because I know at least the drivers won't suck.

Pop rockets are god's gift to mass carnage.

Pistol + monocular + fat mammas are equally as awesome.

I love the fists in this game, and the fact that they pack a decent punch. Punching mutants in the face = fun!
They obviously got some inspiration from Hexen there

I have a feeling I'm getting rage for christmas.

Also, off topic but its funny, ATI/AMD have a far superior control panel to Nvidia, but the actual drivers are far worse. It's too bad we can't have both :/ I mean don't get me wrong, my Nvidia cards have been way better then my ATI cards of similar specs (but that is DEFINITELY due to drivers) but Nvidia literally hasn't changed or improved their control panel for at least 5 years now.

I'm sure you'll have less problems than us Scallywags and Buckaneers.....

Really? My nV control panel has changed at least 3 times over the past 5 years.
I agree they could improve on it, though. But I'm not complaining either.

NVIDIA do change their control panel quite regularly, but it's more a case of "let's move everything around and put a fancy skin and custom widgets that take ages to load on it" than actually adding useful functionality. I miss the old control panels that used to integrate into your display properties, but there's a good reason why they had to die.

I've fried hardware using nTune during its infancy.
