Bank, I know you like to promote the ogg format and I'm a known open source advocate (ogg = open source format).
Have you considered doing more in MP3 format? I just mention this because I think the next step required for many people might be somewhat of a deterrent to people downloading.
I'm just pointing this out because the day and a half the Quake Radio archives have been up, the sole MP3 version (Quake Radio #3) has been downloaded more than most of the other ones combined.

I would be opposed to the idea of MP3s! Just think of the OGG format as sorting out the riff-raff (10 year olds, etc) who don't deserve to witness the Quake Radio!
