I'll go ahead and answer those here:

If I'm not mistaken, last time TU tried to have the match only Canadian Sniper showed up to represent SNS. So I can't tell you when because obviously there's no way everyone can agree on a date and time to show up.

As for CoH, I don't play it anymore, but when I did, I played on Guardian, and QuadRaptor was an Assault/Fire Blaster.

To answer said question, no. Mp3 format is big, bulky, and has lesser quality for my purposes. It takes me 20 minutes to make, save, and upload a Qradio ogg file. It'd take me well over that time to do it in mp3. I've answered this question several times, quit asking.
