Go to www.quakebrasil.com ; there are 2 TeamFortress servers in Brazil that I believe are very busy. If you want to play in the US for some reason, use EZQuake or DarkPlaces and use the in-client server browser.
There is usually a TeamFortress or 2 (or 3!) game going on somewhere.Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

How odd. I tryed entering the TF server,but it redirects me to the TERRA regular DM. A lot of people there,but I still want Team Fortress.
Here are the 2 I tried:
