I play 24/7 on a 60hz laptop with a broken mouse I spilled hot tea on (while you claim you're incapable of playing on a laptop). I beat some of the best players on a setup you wouldn't even dream of playing on because you seem to NEED a hardware advantage, while I play with a consistent hardware disadvantage. Were I not on such a weak setup you would probably be stroking my ego like you stroke tal's. Quake skill is just as much hardware dependant as any game. Oh and that time you claim you "beat me" I was on the same laptop I describe now on a map I had never seen before. I suggest you stop spreading lies and go get some chicks for that self esteem boost you seek from these forums.

Edit: on a side note I am in the process of returning the broken mouse, probably 1-2 weeks I'll have a functioning one.

You know, to talk about and put down each other in respect to who's better and who's worse is ludicrous, and insufficient in terms of the way you guys are arguing over this.

First of all, one plays a completely different mod, as does the other. With respect to Omi, you cannot say you were defeating him 14-3 in a pub server, because that is irrelevant, its a pub, he is not your main target.

Regardless, you guys play different mods, and winning in a pub does not determine one's true individual skill, neither does a 1on1.

Having a balanced skill set over a variety of mods is a greater measure to ones true talent, and facing very good players night in and night out and still performing at a high level. I do not believe this can truly be achieved in Runequake where there are too many intangibles to determine who is truly the best player there. Runes, weapon spawns, and a handful of players who do not know the difference between "A and D" strafe keys.

All in all, just play Quake, who the fuck gives a damn who you're better then. At the end of the day when you log off, it really doesn't make a difference who you just fragged.

I never take screenshots to show off on forums. I'll leave that to the newbs who actually have something to prove. The fact that he snapped an SS of a public runequake game says everything about how bad he is. Once a TU always a TU. The irony is of course the SS is more embarassing to him than me.

I don't understand why newbie trash always think SS's of a random runequake public game prove something. If I get just one STR or 'jack of all runes' I can shut down a game in 5 minutes flat. Of course he neglected to take a screenshot when I utterly raped him several maps in a row. He never took screenshots when I followed TU around on RA servers and utterly raped them 15-0, not even giving them a single frag. Don't burst his bubble tal, this is all he has left. His newbie friends have actually convinced him that he is somehow a good player and his whole world is caving in realizing that he's in the bottom 5% of quake players, just some random runequake trash.

Here's an idea to future runequake garbage like spooker, if you play runequake exclusively - that means if you don't play ca or dm and all you play is runequake, you have no right to ever talk shit to anyone in quake, including myself. You are utter garbage and you are in the lower 5% tier of quake players - accept it and move on. On a side note, stop posting ridiculous screenshots that prove nothing.

It's irritating that I can't play a single runequake game high or without sound because some newbie from TU is going to post screenshots that clearly prove they're better than me. ROFL.

Obviously, you lack reading comprehension. I was not losing. There is no 'losing' in a public game. There is only less frags. I left for CA, you stayed and fragged noobs. In most people's eyes, I won. Sitting on the only RL on a shitty e4/e3/e2 map designed for single player play with an overpowered rune... even quadraptor or foqer could do that.

I'd like to see you 1v1 me on dm6 and try to control the map. Oh wait you only play shitty runequake. /raped
