To be fair, they have a point with the shaving it to make it grow back more robusto! Chop it down and like the almighty lillac bush it shall grow back two-fold (hopefully, not purple)

Whenever it grows in fully, I suggest you trim it and slick your hair back and call yourself errol flynn! Swashbuckle them to bits with your mighty axe!

Total myth! Shaving it will not increase the size of the hairs on the next harvest of peach fuzz. It's just like your over protective mother telling you that you will catch a cold when you go out in somewhat bad weather. Next time she says that, slap her, cause that's a myth too. When it's new, it's expensive as fuck, pretty much priced out of the market, and goes home with the one who offers the most. As it becomes used, it gets banged around a bit and is MUCH more affordable. Sad but true.
