qball is kinda like CTF.. but more fun.. the person with the ball cant use any weapons.. only axe! and i believe the way you score is by holding onto the ball.. so the team needs to lock down a spot and protect the player with the qball.. OR just keep running around the map.. No hook thank god..

The person carrying the ball can get weapons and armor... It was always cool to switch to rl (which drops the ball) and then kill the guys chasing you.. Then you switch back to axe to pick the ball up again. You have a team guarding you and when you hit a certain mark.. 40 i think was the usual score.. Your team wins and the map changes. I think you get 1 point for every 10 seconds you hold the ball... The mod was no friendly fire so you couldn't kill yourself or your team. Also.. because you cant lose points for killing yourself many players would bind "kill" so then they'd show up closer to you on the map... I don't know.. I really liked it...

Ack, I was testing out the mod today, noticed that i accidentally set the .solid to SOLID_BBOX instead of SOLID_TRIGGER of the Quad model, which crashes the server I fixed it up, and will zip up for u to re-download.

Sweet.... Please post the link.. ALso.. You should put it up on a server for us to play and annouce it. See if we can get it going...
