    Quake 1 PDF Manual

    I have no idea where I found this, but it was hanging around on the internet somewhere at some time and here it is:

    Nice input Baker, ive still got a mint condition manual for the v1.01, these days the manual is hard to find.
    Ebays a good place to grab a second hand full version of quake for pennys, but due to it's age the manual is often not included.

    2Gb corsair ddr400
    nvidia 6200 256Mb
    audigy 2 zs
    vista ultimate
    and not a bean to my name

      You can even buy old strategy guides for Quake on Ebay.

        cool, ive got a guide for q2 ,q3a, and q4 it will be good to have them all....
        But to be honest those guides offer nothing more than a blown up manual...

            I use strategy guides for FF and Resident Evil type games. Impossible to figure out yourself.

                      I still have my manual, but it's ironic, about a day before you posted this, I found a PDF version looking for whether or not a Shambler had fur, I just somewhere recall something about "with bits of food and blood still caught in his hair", but it could be something else, although I recall it had something to do with Quake...

                            Adrian Carmack would disagree I believe according to Santa's research

                            Ive never seen text from id regarding the shambler beyond the shrugging off of explosions and that other monsters fear him.

                              Maybe Romero and Carmack had different ideas... or maybe the "storyteller" of the manual was wrong, or maybe...
                              we'll dont know ever the thruth

                              I had my own manual in ITALIAN language...

                              but i cant find it maybe it's lost forever :'(
                              and no PDF of the italian manual is found on internet
