I am so glad to see that server become all-engine usable. I use ProQuake, but cheat-free really limits who can/is willing to participate and to be honest the fact a few choice custom maps are available on dm.clanhdz.com are a nice extra.

.. And tested by TU, Bogo, IOV as well as the rest of the Quake Community I would love to see newDM worthy for clan matches but it's not ready for that yet. The weapon physics still need testing and clan members disconnecting is bad news.

I was thinking more of earlier when it seemed to be Monster and I testing some, but eh. Fine then, NewDM, ran on a Darkplaces server! I wonder if its treason in BTA to not use Darkplaces...

I think it would be fun for clan matches simply due to the change up in terms of what constitutes level control.

and BTA never was truely "dead". Lordhavoc was always in it, and he invited some more members to get BTA back up again. There aren't any surviving members of Deathrow, iirc, so it can't really be revived. We aren't a bunch of "shitty newbs", you've never even played any of us, so think before you speak.
