    Why you shouldn't censor me

    I bring traffic here. Before this forum was a shitty borefest. Now it's exciting and everyone wants to get a piece. So what do you do? You censor me and tell me to "clean it up" when some bitch tries to get me censored under false pretenses, a completely made up reason in fact. I think what she asked for you to do is a lot worse than my insulting her for it.

    I'm the reason you get hits. In fact throw some ads up on this bitch and you'll be making money off me. Anyways, off my nuts baker, learn to properly admin a forum without bringing sex and personal feelings into the picture because that's the issue here isn't it. I wasn't banned for mocking anyone but some bitch you apparently have some secret crush on. Get over it.

    Anyone worried about "net nanny" software blocking people from viewing this forum doesn't deserve to breathe the same oxygen as me.

    I first want to mention, I didn't ban you -- it was another admin. I personally don't believe in forum bans. Forums bans mean some might feel that they must refrain from unpopular posts, and I don't agree with that.

    I know the point you were trying to make, but the post completely lacked any level of respect to the person you were replying to. I see little difference between posts resembling misogyny versus racism, anything resembling harassment is going to be moderated. That was a very intense post.

    I really don't care what you say or post as long as it doesn't break one of the very few rules of the forum (no porn, no warez, no harassment).

      It was but how angry I was was justifiable after that bullshit of an excuse to have me banned... Net nanny software... Come on... How can anyone even take themselves seriously as a human being after saying something that ridiculous.

          Omicron, you arent the specific reason,any reason,or whatever your little egomanic self projects yourself to be,as the cause of this site being sucessful or whatever.Ive seen you offer nothing positive on these forums,you've been here to harass and be a dick at every corner I've turned that you have been at.

            Net Nanny was an example, only you would take that seriously. I don't have a problem with you flapping your jaw as I can imagine you are somewhat of a teen still. I do have a problem when you throw racial/sexual slams into the conversation which is where just about every post you make points out. If your body parts need that much attention to merit every post you make perhaps it's another forum you need to seek.

            Fact is people don't mind banter but when it takes on the Springer effect that non-registered viewers as well as registered viewers have to put up with in every single post it turns this board into crap. Most come here to improve their game, Get set up, Learn different aspects of the game, Taunt each other in matches, and just have some fun. TLTQ had a huge audience between Tia and Jean Luc. But you could hardly see a post without them harrassing one of the posters. People got fed up and left. They lost some good members due to two that just wouldn't shut up. And for those not registered why bother joining when you know some shmuck is just going to trash your threads? TLTQ was looked at as another Jerry Springer and the credibility just wasn't there. And if Jobs will censor what you view at work I'm sure it extends to more then just Pictures. Keywords come into play as well. Which is what I meant by NetNanny. It was an example.
            (no porn, no warez, no harassment). Although not visual your comments could be related to Porn. Harassment was indeed your intent. You can't deny either of those two violations.

                For the record, I banned you. As Baker mentioned, the 3 main rules = no warez, no porn, no harassment. When you tell people to fuck off, call people names for no reason other than to draw attention to yourself, etc. you are causing a problem on purpose. If your sole intent is to harass someone, go elsewhere like I said before. That 1 day ban was your warning. Please don't do that crap here again.

                  I came to this site long before any flamers got bored and started trying to pick fights, I was warmly welcomed by none other than Net-Tyme in fact.

                  I come to this site for Quake from a purely player's viewpoint honestly, as opposed to the developer viewpoint I experience on irc and such. All I saw was you wrecking decent threads in what I would call nothing but masturbation.

                  Be boring without being an ass sometimes, its a nice change of pace. You brought nothing to this site that a bot or a php error couldn't. By the way, there are ads.

                              Stung, you obviously haven't been on these forums for very long.

                              We all know what Joao means when he types, grammer errors and all. A while back we were really critical about it but now we just don't care.

                              If you want to insult someone, go do it on IRC, not here.
