Broken scraggs!

Me and 5 more people were playing at FvF today and we found 2 broken scraggs. Yes, broken! They weren't move, weren't taking any damage and were solid as walls! I recorded a demo at Dark Places:

I know what caused it. Gunter's freeze ray + quad = broken monsters

He wasn't using it.

... Gunter enabled the freeze ray for everyone, not just himself. It's a scratch command just like fast fire. Someone just got the quad and froze the scrags.
