    Regarding Quake, I just found out downstairs I have an LCD monitor
    at 5ms Refresh Rate
    Its not perfect but the one i was trying to quake with now is 25Ms
    so it is much better for gaming.
    I'm going to install it now.

    So I am still available to help train but now you will see me at public servers more like rage, and dredd which I haven't seen on the server list and I'm wondering why.

    25MS is pretty mad... 5MS is a lot better. Anything under 6MS is ideal.

      You should look a bit harder... both those servers are on the server list.

        I see it now, I guess its because Im not used to seeing it empty all the time
        Anyhow
        my new monitor works and im back and quaking
