    If this is in the wrong place or I have missed it being mentioned then I apologise but I saw it and thought... well.. wow...

    The interesting bit is about 5 min in.


    If this can be made to work with online capabilities then this can only be a good thing right?

    Of course I might be wrong and it may lead to another group in the "what is the best way to play quake online" argument.

      No, the "web-based" here is just the initiation/loading of the game. The game itself is not "web-based".

        From what I can gather the only thing not being done in flash is the sound, but I guess time will tell

          Heh, I just found the video somewhere else and actually watched it. I thought you were talking about the "Quake Zero" Quake 3 thing earlier. Sorry.
