Sometimes she comes across as intelligent others, not so much. She hasn't owned any of you in these petty arguements, but neither have any of you owned her. You realize it isn't because of opinions we're responding negatively, it's because of FUD (filler crap) and trolls with egos calling people "pussies", "idiots", "fucking retards", and so forth as well as presenting opinions as though they're facts and acting with a narrow mind point and lack of humility (which is apparently a weak trait according to paradise yet isn't, since it's a show of maturity which I've seen a huge lack of) in order to get a rise out of people because: They love forum drama and they can't stand being #2 or worse. It's also pushed some people I talk to in other Quake communities away from posting here and participating, it especially sucks for Baker since he shouldn't have to be babysitting people here.

It also doesn't help that certain people don't want to change and improve the community but insist of dragging it through the mud, kicking it a bit, and thus overall shitting it up for the rest of us.

I used to be a drama queen on TLTQ forums and Widomaker. I never cheated and was always honest (unlike some shmack players accuse me of) but I have been banned quite a few times (back then) for my potty mouth and trying to stir trouble and stir people up hehe, some people still remember me for doing that....

Don't get me wrong. I am in no way a fan of Tia's attitude. Her gameplay is one thing, she is very good, her mouth on the other hand, could use some adjusting not to mention her ego.

But honestly, I hate to be reading an intelligent thread (unlike this one, I know) and see it derailed when a certain segment of this board feel they need to turn it into a flame-war just because Tia posted in it. This thread is, of course, not a good example. It was at the top of the queue so I decided to reply here.

Tia should think about what she types before she does so, but will she? Probably not, and no amount of posting to tell her otherwise will change her mind. Those quotes from above prove that. She will not change until she grows up a little, and believe me when I tell you I and many other long time RQ'ers have been waiting patiently for that day. I could provide links to the old RuneQuake boards where many of us expressed the same sentiments you all have here, to no avail. My point with this long rambling post is that it won't help. It is better to ignore her, and thank god this forum has that function.

When you stop flaming her at every turn, she has the capacity to be a productive member of the forum. Believe me when I say(from vast experience unfortunately) a productive Tia is much more condusive to a happy forum than a defensive, "I need to get the last word in" Tia.

Paradise needs to be slapped. Her opinion would be much more accepted if she didn't go onto say basicly, her main purpose here is to shit on the forums and anyone who is better then her.
