I would like to download the original quake 1

Some years ago when I first got interested in PC games aa friend loaded Quake 1 onto my PC. Since, I have purchased all of the other quake games. I never realy completed the first one as the PC grew old and outdated, then eventualy crashed. I was wondering if anyone could give me a link to download the original quake 1 game with instructions of how to install it. Im not the most computer literate of persons.

But we had a huge illegal downloads problem in the forum 2 years ago and it had to end.
