New CAx server

For now its up as quake.fquick.com but I hope to change it over to a quakeone.com address. I am open to suggestions as to what the server needs in terms of mods or adjustments in settings. This is a new server that seems to ping low for many people so if its popular enough I will leave it up! Give me some feedback!

sys_ticrate is 0.05

People will bitch and complain.

It seemed like a good server though, I pinged high 50's but I also had my audio server running.

Where is this server located and who are the admins?

Yah someone brought up the sys_ticrate last night but I checked speaknow and it appears to be .05 also so people let it rest. What do people prefer?

Also I dont know how much of a need there is for admins on an anti-hack server. I will worry about it as time goes on but it seems more admins bring more drama and less players, so we will see.

Next time you start Quake, type test2 speaknow.quakeone.com and it will show the ticrate the server is using.

I changed the ticrate to .025, seems to run smoother and feels more like it should to me.

Baker I did that and it showed me some stats, but no ticrate.

I was going to wait to add it until after it had a quakeone.com DNS, but I haven't heard anything back from Mav or anyone else so I guess I'll added it as-is to the server list tomorrow.
