Touch any items and you lose health. Other than medkits, you'll still get what the items provide. Powerups and megahealth instantly kill you.

ps - If people enjoy this i could make this compatible in multiplayer (where it keeps track of the last PLAYER who attacked you. This way you can't kill yourself on purpose not giving someone their frag point)
