Transparent Water in Darkplaces (Rygel Textures)

Hi,
I've installed Rygel's High Texture Pack and they are great but I cannot understand why I have no transparent and reflecting water (as I've seen in some pictures) and I have a blue solid color instead. I've already tried to set it in the options of darkplaces but with no results at all. How can I do it?

Thanks a lot man! I followed your link and instructions in the page and now I've got sparkling transparent water!
