Here is a list of all the current central DM servers
(in which both west and east coasters ping equally well):
quake.crmod.com port 26001 (CRmod)
quake.shmack.net port 26002 (can be voted into CRmod match mode)
quake.shmack.net port 26003 (can be voted into CRmod match mode)
dm.clanhdz.com port 26000 (CRmod)

**All these servers supported any quake client (proquake, qrack, etc)..
