There are servers running 24/7 mostly at quake.runequake.com or speaknow.quakeone.net usually these are the two busiest servers daily.

WarioN64: Where do you live? Choose a server in the US or Europe depending on how close you are.

...and if you are in europe you are mostly likely to find games on either bigfoot.morphos-team.net (port 26000) or flanders.servegame.org (ports 26000 to 26004).

There's a server list on the front page. Shows you how many players are on each server (and if you move your mouse over the number of players on the server it gives you another list so you can see who is playing)

My PC has been virused so I use the Wii Internet and I have Quake in the Homebrew Channel so I go online in that. I'm from Ireland so EU would be good. I usually get killed. People usually use Rocket Launchers on me, I use lighting just like those massive white things. I forget their names.
