For the short period that I have been back, I have not yet found anyone using cheat-free servers. Isn't it better to use a server where you are guaranteed that everyone is using a standard quake-client with unaltered paks?

It's no garuntee, cheatfree can be avoided. There are other anti-cheat meathods in place thoughe|------------------------0---------------

agreed with naus. proquake. even tho Krix's haxed vrs of 3.50 connects to cheat-free ! HAWar is hell.
