Can anyone give me some cliff notes on this Kimp guy? His name comes up a lot but I don't know anything about him.Comment

He's some guy who goes to every populated Quake server asking for them to come play DM, and when he doesn't get his way he bots to irritate those players that didn't obey his wishes. He has 3 different IPs and after he gets banned the first time, he comes back, asks to be unbanned and asks for admin code. On servers that have the function to vote a player into admin positions, he will connect with multiple clients to vote himself in.
In a nutshell, he's the physical manifestation of many negative qualities formed into one entity—Kimp.e|------------------------0---------------
