Nightmare mode?

or cant you just bring down the console and type in skill 3? its a lot faster and easier... but you don't get the THRILL of walking through a seeeeeeecret portal.

easy: skill 1
normal: skill 2
hard: skill 3
nightmare: skill 4
ungodly hard mode: connect slide.servegame.org

no it starts at 0 like lots of other quake stuff :/ which leads to nightmare to 3

Sorry but...

• Start Quake
• Go through the Easy hall
• Enter e1m1
• Bring down the console
• Type skill and press return
• Skill 0 = Easy
• Start a new game
• Go into Nightmare mode
• Enter e1m1
• Bring down the console
• Type skill and press return
• Skill 3 = Nightmare
