but it's still fun to mention,considering I was shocked it happened to me..and I thought these quake players and I atleast in an acquaintance sense,go way back! Not as far back as Phenom, but now that I think about it,no one here does,which gives me another idea....*
A few days ago I decided to play RuneQuake a bit,showed up and IHateHumans was there gathering weapons/ammo while being the only one in server, I got the Pack Rat rune and totally had all the runes,and with map being on DM4, it was just a matter of staying alive to win. He says 'Your play style is lame' ,and thats about all I got out of him,he went stayed dead or went obs,but didnt disconnect. Was he too teary eyed to find the escape button? Most people rage quit when they become that frustrated.
Yesterday, I thought I would play some Runes again,this time Scoffer was there,and I thought I would be nice and said Hi Scoffer ! no response,he's 'into' the game and hasnt noticed me yet, so I start assaulting his pitched tent @ Lightning Gun on map Start, and then he's like "Woah, Mindz!" , feeling satisfied and knowing its unlikely I'll catch up to his score (he's winning,map start),I stopped charging the fort, next game (e2m1) he gets slapped around a few times and then abruptly leaves "Too many bots around here right now" being his last message before rage quitting
These two Quakers have been around Quake for as long as I can remember, and both know and remember me from days past,but I dont understand how they could be such douche bag's to me considering I've befriended them in the past,just like I do with all of the q1 community.
