We have both modes on there which can be switched back in forth, it takes around 10 secs to do the switch, but only Vis, BA, and myself can do that for now. A vote-mod option would be nice, we'll see if this can eventually be done.

hMM, IT SEEMS THAT THE server is crashing if there isnt a map installed on the server?? After map change it just stalled. ProQuake 4.0 SHOULD have the sv_defaultmap command that will load a VALID map if one isnt found. Otherwise the map will hang at console "blah blah map.bsp not found" and your server will crash.
