    We need to figure something out.

    Kimp has been a nuisance and we all know this, but its getting old. Today on chi.quakeone.com he was reconnecting and disconnecting the entire game and while connected was spamming my locations, health, armor and weapons in mm1 while he was observing also was typing q_version during the game, spamming our clients in hopes we couldn't, as a team, see eachothers locations. He obviously was content on ruining the game and that was his main objective. What honestly can we do to get rid of him for good? I want to get Avalanches ban script for all the servers that are currently active but need the server owners to come forward and incorporate it for the servers. Can we also maybe contact his isp? is any of this possible?

    somebody please get this moving, it makes perfect sense that the one that wanted SO much 2 do with quake and being a constructive organizer, got denied. And is busy with this stupidity on the servers, and trying to destroy now instead, the guy will practice rj's in some corner of the map while ppl play as teams... servers are holy ground, u dont mess with that shit. Slot, or Avalanche or whomever the main powers that control servers and ban scripts must must must come forward and do this simple work (i dont know if its simple.. )

        i promise, as tired as you are of reading about this shit, people are tired of begging and waiting for something to be done. trust me, it's more annoying to deal with this guy on the servers than it is to read about it.

          contacting his isp = dead end.

          even if you knew his ISP and got a hold of someone that gave a shit.... The only abuse they care about is Spam, Verbal, DDos, Hacks, and sexual predators/pedophiles.

          EVEN then, you have to have substantial evidence.

          And on top of that all, even if you got them to look at your demo's/SS's posts of people backing your claims up... You have to admit, hes not really verbally harrasing anyone. Hes screwing up yours games but an ISP doesnt give a F8Ck about that.


          GL with getting something done, but just letting you know that way is not that way to go about it.

                    password protect the server. email all worthy. fuck newbs.

                    i have added cl_qversion_reply to Qrack now so the end user has the option to disable this...

                    IHMO, nothing short of a timeout should affect players playing the game.

                            His 2 latest ips are banned from chi. He's been using 76.99.xxx.xxx a lot as of late.

                            As for the ban script, I would be interested in implementing this on the server, I would need some more details about it though.
