Map Fixes Please!

I came across a site which shows all the bugs in Quake's maps and such.
If you guys would all help in fixing these, I'd really appreciate it.

This is old news I'm afraid; that site is quite well known. Those that can be fixed in engines have been fixed long ago, those that need a map rebuild (and that list is not exhaustive) have never been done and possibly never will be.
